Margaret Valenti

Margaret Valenti is a Generation Z Voice at The Pavlovic Today. Currently, she studies English at Gettysburg College where she wrote articles for her HerCampus chapter. She is concerned with issues of justice as they relate to global and United States politics. She traveled to Guatemala and Rwanda to study post-genocide development in relation to human rights. During the 2016 election process, her witness as a first-year college student to the further polarization of voices made her want to seek factual information, wherever that may lead and regardless of her personal biases. Her passion for journalism comes from her belief that there is always a way to the truth and a way to give voices to issues that must gain attention.
